Manage incoming orders through email, phone, and fax. Provide customer support by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and following up on existing orders. Coordinate with teams to pull product samples and arrange shipments.
Requirements:
Previous Customer Service Experience
Must be comfortable with order entry and inventory software.
Word and Excel
This is a remote opportunity
