Mango Salon is committed to providing the Richmond area with exceptional, professional hair service to every guest, every time. Founded in 2003 Mango Salon has grown into four locations with over 100 team members.
Who we are looking for:
The candidate must be committed to providing Mangos exceptional customer service to our guests. This position is ideally-suited to someone who enjoys people and the challenge of building relationships and brand loyalty with guests by delivering personalized service. Responsibilities at our Guest Center area include: confirming salon services, using our point of sale system, credit card transactions, re-booking follow up appointments, and retail sales. As a Guest Services Member working in the Reservation Center you are responsible for phone and email communication with our guests regarding appointments and other inquires. There are many opportunities to learn and grow in this position through involvement in charitable projects, social media, and product sales.
