Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Office/Project Assistant for a full-time on-site role located in Richmond, VA. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our office staff with various administrative tasks, as well as assisting with project coordination, customer service, and vendor management. You will be working in a fast-paced environment and must be able to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
Experience in an administrative or project assistant role in the construction industry preferred Proficiency with CRM is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, clients, and vendors
Strong computer skills
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Positive attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Bilingual (English and Spanish) is preferred but not required
