Role Description

This is a full-time or part-time remote role for a Customer Service Specialist. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

Customer Support and Customer Service skills

Excellent phone etiquette

Must be 18 years or older

Ability to provide 100% customer satisfaction

Outstanding customer experience delivery skills

Ability to work independently and remotely

Must be able to undergo a background check

Must be able to complete 2-4 weeks of unpaid training

Organizational and time management skills

Experience with CRM software is a plus

Bilingual skills (e.g. Spanish) is a plus
