Job Description: We are looking for a motivated individual to assist in the day-to-day operations of Cartridge World Richmond in all areas of the business operations. A successful candidate will be expected to work with the team in supporting our business and individual clients with their printing needs including developing and managing client/business relationships. Additionally, this individual will be trained to run retail store successfully, answering phone, taking & entering orders, make deliveries when needed, research and provide information on products(ink/toner/printer). A versatile candidate should be willing to "jump in where needed" and assist with all aspects of the organization as needed.
Work Experience / Skills:
We are looking for a team player who is driven, self-starter and can positively impact the operations driving efficiency and effectiveness.
Past store sales experience is preferred.
The successful candidate must be comfortable meeting potential clients face to face in social and business settings.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Adaptable to multitask and an active listener to help resolve client problems.
Good organizing skills and open to learn and lead.
Driver's License and clean driving record required.

Compensation:
Full Time - Salaried:
- $27,500 to $30,000 per annum (Commensurate with the experience)
- Benefits: Paid Time Off + Preset annual Holidays
- Schedule: Day Shift 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
OR
Part Time - Hourly:
- $15-$17 per hour (Commensurate with the experience)
- Schedule: Day Shift 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
