Facilitate the delivery of cross-functional initiatives across product or project teams, including business stakeholders, supporting IT teams, creative teams, vendors, and consultants through all phases of the project life cycle
Responsible for facilitating requirements gathering for technology solutions, and effectively guiding resources to achieve goals
Responsible for adhering to the current project management methodology, maintaining best practices and procedures
Ensure project and/or product team members meet deadlines, monitor completion of activities
Create and manage a realistic, detailed plan to ensure small to medium-scale projects are executed on time, on budget, and in scope
Partner with management to resolve any issues, roadblocks, impediments and risks
Effectively create and deliver presentations and reports to management team, communicating project status
Drive the decision making process amongst project/product team members, enabling needs and solution options to be presented to management
Partner with management team to anticipate and communicate horizontal impacts
QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to communicate with and influence a variety of audiences including IT developers, business analysts, business partners, stakeholders, and management
Must have strong cross-functional teamwork skills
Ability to observe business situations, recognize roadblocks and recommend solutions
Ability to influence and indirectly manage team members to meet project deliverables
Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and projects while consistently meeting deadlines with accuracy
