You'll Spend Time on The Following:
Ensuring service levels and response times exceed SLA's.
Performs needs analysis for the company and its business partners, and develop and document strategic, cost-effective business and technical solutions.
Designing and implementing new network solutions and/or improving the efficiency of current networks
Installing, configuring, and supporting network equipment including routers, proxy servers, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS and DHCP
Procuring network equipment and managing subcontractors involved with network installation.
Configuring firewalls, routing and switching to maximize network efficiency and security
Maximizing network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting
Arranging scheduled upgrades
Investigating faults in the network
Updating network equipment to the latest firmware releases
Reporting network status to key stakeholders
Active Directory servers, software, and services
Managing Group Policy development and deployment
Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
Participate in the design of information and operational support systems.
Mentoring, teaching, coaching, and assisting team members with personal and business-related growth while providing measurable feedback on service delivery.
This role is designed to be onsite, acting as the IT ambassador on the ground.
Drive the discussion and decisions of technical topics related to the team, as well as communicate incidents to key stakeholders.
Develop and maintain technical and procedural documentation including KPI's, workflows, and diagrams.
Engaging with IT teams and to ensure new technologies and solutions are properly identified, managed, documented and trained.
Engage, develop, and maintain synergies and relationships with IT Business partners.
Build service artifacts, oversee tasks and projects, and ensuring adherence to timelines.
Identify and lead efforts to implement improvements and automations for routine and repetitive tasks.
Maintain asset tracking solutions required for software and hardware.
Refine and maintain employee hardware standards.
Participate in team management including interviews, hires, terminations, reviews, and performance evaluations.
Design, install and configure internal and customer facing servers, network devices and firewalls. Proactively manage and maintain server, network and firewall systems Administer and support core Microsoft, Cisco, Citrix and VMware technologies.
Participation in on call rotations.
We're Excited About You If You Have:
ITIL v3/v4, Sourcing Governance, PMBoK certification are a plus
Certification preferred in one or more of the following: MCSA, MCSE, MCSM, Advanced scripting skills (VBScript, MS PowerShell).
5-8 Years of experience in Citrix Administration with both XenApp and XenDesktop with multiple sites and farms. Strong knowledge in design, implementation, troubleshooting of Citrix Presentation Server, XenApp and Xendesktop. Have performed Citrix upgrade and farm migration from planning through implementation. Expert on multiple versions of Citrix and strong experience of Citrix Secure gateway/Web Interface /NetScaler
Strong understanding of Load Manager, Resource manager and installation manager. Publishing applications in Citrix and application virtualization using AppSense and/or Microsoft App-V. Printers Management in Citrix, Citrix Patch Management and policies configuration. Strong knowledge in configuring Roaming profiles and Streaming profile configuration.
Good troubleshooting skills in Citrix printers, profiles, resource manager's thresholds, installation manager, Citrix Farm Configuration.
Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure. Managing and configuring Citrix VDI infrastructure, managing VMware Virtualization Infrastructure, maintaining, and configuring virtual infrastructure to ensure highly available and secure environment.

At least 7 years of experience IT Help Desk; including at least 1- year experience full cycle management.
At least 5 years of experience providing Mac and Windows enterprise support.
At least 3 years troubleshooting Desktop, Networking, Telecom, Video and Operations.
7+ years' experience in IT service management, IT project management or similar.
7+ years' experience performing systems administration in a managed enterprise of at least 100 Windows servers.
7+ years' experience with VMware server virtualization, enterprise storage environments (SAN, NAS), and Active Directory administration, O365 administration, Azure AD administration, GPO management, DNS/DHCP management, web/server certification management, and administration
7+ years' experience certificate management, Lepide (AD audit tool), File Server management (audit, administration), Single Sign On (SSO) administration, Proofpoint-AD, Barracuda mail archiver
