Job Description Receive and process service requests from customers via phone and email. Schedule HVAC maintenance, repair, installation, and inspection appointments. Dispatch HVAC technicians to job sites based on location, skills, and priority. Provide technicians with job details, customer information, and equipment requirements. Monitor technician progress and provide support as needed. Communicate with customers regarding appointment confirmations and estimated arrival times. Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally. Maintain accurate records of service requests, technician assignments, and completed work. Handle emergency service requests promptly and efficiently. Collaborate with other dispatchers and administrative staff to optimize operations. Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC equipment using diagnostic tools and techniques. Perform repair of faulty components, such as motors, compressors, fans, pumps, VFD's, fan bearings, pullies, pump couplers, boiler components,etc. Install, calibrate, and troubleshoot various unit control components Collaborate with clients to explain the scope of work, discuss maintenance recommendations, and provide labor hours for cost estimates for repairs and upgrades. Schedule return visits and maintenance visits directly with clients maintaining a constant self-generated workflow. Maintain accurate records of service performed, including detailed notes, parts used, and hours worked. Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards while working on commercial HVAC systems. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns, answering questions, and offering guidance on HVAC system operation and maintenance. Communicate effectively with the service manager and other team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects.
