Job Title: Sr. Business Analyst- IV (Local Preferred)
Location: Richmond, VA
Duration: 3 Months
Note: Selected candidates need to be on board Onsite. They need to pick their on- boarding documents and equipment manually. No expenses will be paid for travelling
Job Description:
LOCAL CANDIDATES STRONGLY PREFERRED
1. Required - Independent worker who can own and complete stand-alone sub-projects with little direct supervision, to a high quality standard, with great attention to detail.
2. Required - Strong experience/expertise in Lean Management and Business Process Management - as a minimum a Lean 6 Sigma Yellow Belt certification - Lean 6 Sigma Green Belt certification preferred
3. Required -Strong skills in data analysis and data presentation techniques; extensive experience with MS Excel, MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, required; experience with Google Jamboard preferred.
4. Required - Strong influencing skills ability to effectively communicate and influence both orally and in writing
5. Required - Strong problem investigation skillset, supported by extensive experience in process root cause and cause/effect analysis and solution development/deployment; able to identify and make process improvement recommendations and plan for execution and implementation of new processes
6. Required - Ability to work and communicate effectively one on one with all levels of the staff, from executive to front line process performer
7. Required - Excellent meeting facilitation skills and techniques' including experience in developing and delivering training curriculums
8. Required - Strong team working skills - ability to successfully interact in a small team environment
9. Required Willingness and experience doing high quality, detailed, independent, \"down-in-the-weeds\" process/procedure development work using all standard process tools and templates
10. Required - Experience in rigorous Change Mgmt - PROSCI certification preferred
11. Required - Extensive experience in a consulting BA role
12. Preferred - Agile experience (since project works in sprints and talks EPICs, Features, and Stories); JIRA experience is preferred.
