Kitchen Assistant & Barista Positions Available
Kitchen Assistant:
Assistant performs prep work, makes sandwiches, maintains cleanliness of small kitchen, helps track inventory, etc. Position works directly with head chef. Good opportunity for someone interested in building a career in the industry. Must work clean and fast.
Requirements:
1 year experience in a professional kitchen
Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
Ability to work & communicate effectively with a small team
Independent, self-starting personality
Friendly, upbeat attitude
Daytime hours Mon-Fri; must be able to work between the hours of 7am and 3pm. Availability and experience non-negotiable.
Barista:
Seeking a friendly, upbeat personality for this customer-service oriented position. Baristas make a wide variety of drinks from our extensive menu & help develop drink specials, take detailed orders from customers, serve, clean, help track inventory, etc. Barista experience is helpful but we will train the right person.
Requirements:
1 year serving experience (non-negotiable)
Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
Must be an excellent communicator & extremely detail oriented
Salesmanship skills
Daytime hours; must be available for alternating 7-8 hour shifts Mon-Fri between the hours of 7am and 5pm. This is a five day a week position. Availability non-negotiable.
