Manage inventory, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and available for upcoming events.
Lead kitchen staff during events, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations.
Oversee food handling practices to maintain compliance with health regulations.
Set up, serve, and break down catering events efficiently while maintaining high-quality service.
Collaborate with clients to ensure their vision is realized, addressing any special requests or concerns.
Skills
Strong culinary skills with experience in food preparation and cooking techniques.
Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations to ensure compliance in all catering activities.
Excellent leadership abilities to manage kitchen staff effectively during shifts.
