We are NOW HIRING for Shift Managers and Crew Members Both positions are part-time, with with the opportunity to become full-time.
Manager Applicants must be age 20 or older, have reliable transportation, and be able to provide 2 references (previous employer, etc.). Previous managerial experience isn't required, but helps! We will train candidates with everything they need to know to excel as Managers.
Crew Member Applicants must be age 17 or older, have reliable transportation, and must provide 2 reasons why they want to work at Cold Stone (try to stand out!). For high school students involved in sports and extracurriculars, we offer flexible scheduling and respect academics first and foremost.
We prefer someone with great availability and experience! We need polite, energetic, and enthusiastic personalities, and previous customer service experience is a plus If you like to SING, that's a plus too (but not a requirement)! We aim to provide the highest level of customer service and expect each of our employees to be honest, respectful, polite, have a positive attitude, and work as a team player. Our store is a fun place to work, it's a fun place for our customers, and it's a great place to learn about business and improve your confidence, social skills and customer service!
