We are looking for experienced servers with a minimum of 12-months experience including correct wine-service. Knowing the "art of the sale" when it comes to food and beverage is important.
You must be available for weekend Brunch and Dinner shifts. Truly no late nights. Schedule in place 30 days out for your convenience. Hourly base is above average-(with proven experience) for Richmond area + tips, less than 10-15 percent total payout to host/bar on any shift. We are looking for a minimum of 2 years experience in a fast-paced, fun environment handling 5-7 tables in their section. We have the TOAST system is in place. Working together as a TEAM with everyone is essential for all around success of the restaurant and for YOU!
