Now Hiring a Front of the House Manager.
This is a Full-Time position, you will be required to work a minimum of 5 days a week (days, nights & weekends (late nights), along with some holidays)
Must have a minimum of 3 years of FOH Restaurant Management.
-Oversee the day-to-day operations at the restaurant
-Interview, hire, train & develop employees
-Handle disgruntled customers by offering suggestions, solutions & make sure that guests leave the restaurant happy and want to return again
-Stay on top of employee issues such as tardiness, cell phones, language, attitude, dress code, complying with health & food safety standards
-Facilitate issues with the FOH and BOH. Jump in to assist staff when needed (expedite/run food, water/bus tables, seat guests, etc)
