Dishwasher and light prep cook needed for a restaurant and market. You would be responsible for keeping up with washing all the dishes, trash removal and other typical general cleaning duties for a small kitchen and market. You will be responsible for receiving some deliveries, putting stock away correctly, and helping to keep the workspace neat and organized. There are also light prep duties expected things like picking herbs, peeling potatoes, dicing vegetables and packing foods for the market, etc. There is plenty to learn so you could definitely work up to being a cook if you so desire.
Looking for a dependable candidate with a pleasant attitude who is ready to work. Must have reliable transportation and be legal to work in the U.S. The work schedule is 5 shifts and runs more or less Monday through Saturday daytime, 2 days off per week. Rarely it may vary and require a Sunday shift. More specifics can be discussed at an interview, including benefits and pay.
