Key Responsibilities:

Seating and Reservations:
Manage the reservation book and seating chart with precision, ensuring guests are seated in a timely and efficient manner while balancing wait times and maximizing table turnover.
Customer Service Excellence:
Anticipate and exceed guest needs by providing attentive service, including answering questions about the menu, specials, and restaurant policies. Handle any guest concerns or special requests promptly and professionally.
Communication and Coordination:
Communicate effectively with both guests and team members, ensuring smooth and effective front-of-house operations. Coordinate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure seamless service flow.
Waiting List and Lobby Management:
Maintain a neat and welcoming entrance area, manage waiting lists effectively, and ensure that guests are updated on wait times. Manage guest expectations, ensuring they are comfortable and informed during wait periods.
Maintain Cleanliness and Organization:
