Reservation Supervisor assist in overseeing the daily operation of the Reservations Department and leading the Reservations Agents to provide exceptional service to our guests. Ensuring that reservations for guest rooms are managed efficiently and that all facets of the Reservations Operations are handled per the Jefferson Standards. Must have Customer Service and Administrative skills. Proficient Computer skills and exceptional phone skills. Front Desk or Reservations experience helpful.
