Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Duties:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., about portions, ingredients, or potential food allergies)
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Deliver orders to the kitchen staff and ensure all items are prepared timely and accurately
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and efficient manner
- Upsell additional products when appropriate
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction with their meals and take action to resolve any issues
- Process payments using the POS system
Experience:
- Previous experience in a restaurant setting is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various customer requests or issues
- Knowledge of Aloha & Toast POS systems is a plus
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
