We’re looking for a talented and passionate Line Cook to join our team and help us deliver an unforgettable dining experience to our guests. We're also looking for someone willing to start in dish and work their way to a line cook position. If you're willing to do both and learn, we'd love to talk!
Position: Line Cook
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in a high volume kitchen environment.
Position: Dishwasher
Experience Required: NONE! Come wash some dishes and learn the ropes! All you need is a good attitude and a willingness to get a little dirty.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes that reflect our standards and vision.
Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and execute seasonal specials that showcase your creativity and skills.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines, no compromising!
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
Contribute to a supportive team culture that prioritizes learning and growth.
Qualifications:
Strong understanding of food safety practices and cleaning procedures.
A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a passion for creating great food.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Creativity and a desire to experiment with new flavors and presentations.
