Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome patients in a professional and friendly manner - Answer phone calls and direct them accordingly - Provide excellent patient support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues - Schedule appointments and manage calendar for doctor- Coordinate projects and assist with administrative tasks as needed - Maintain a clean and organized office space - data entry, and record keeping Skills: - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in typing and using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) - Experience working in a medical or dental office is a plus - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information - Experience with project coordination is beneficial - Knowledge of calendar management software is preferred This position requires a professional individual who can handle various administrative tasks while providing exceptional customer service.
