Colonial Quality Home Care Inc. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Home Care Marketing Liaison to join our team. This role focuses on developing and nurturing relationships with clients, families, healthcare providers, and community organizations to promote our Medicaid-covered in-home care services. Responsibilities:

Build Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, physicians, community organizations, and potential clients to drive referrals for Medicaid in-home care services.

Community Outreach: Represent the company at community events, healthcare fairs, and networking opportunities to educate about our services.

Medicaid Expertise: Stay informed about Medicaid programs, eligibility criteria, and benefits to effectively communicate with potential clients and referral sources.

Marketing Strategy: Implement targeted marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and grow the client base.

Client Support: Guide prospective clients and families through the process of understanding and accessing Medicaid services for in-home care.

Reporting: Track marketing activities, referral sources, and client acquisition metrics to provide regular updates to management.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in home care, healthcare marketing, or Medicaid-related services.

Strong knowledge of Medicaid programs and in-home care services.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build trust and establish relationships with diverse audiences.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (as travel to referral sources is required).
