In search for a Personal Care attendant for a teenager with disabilities. Looking for someone to assist with bathing, personal hygiene, supervising dressing up, feeding, gave medicine on time. Physically fit to stop the person when she is running away or in the dangerous activity.
Pay rate $13.88/hour, no fringe benefits; estimated work times 2pm -5 pm x 3 days a week + weekend mornings 9am -2 pm, but may subject to change.
Requirements of this position:
-be 18 years old or older
-have skills to perform services as specified in the person's service plan
- have basic math, reading, writing skills
- agree to 100% smoke free workplace
- follow neat working dress code and hygiene policies
- agree to a flexible schedule and on time start work shift.
- Have a Valid Social secure number and be authorized to work in the United States
- Submit criminal history, background records check through the Virginia State Police and Virginia Department of Social Services Child Protective Services Central Registry
-have a smart phone to use app to track the shifts
1-2 yards experience working, knowing basic CPR and seizure action plan.
