Richmond Center for Advanced Dentistry, a prosthodontic specialty practice located in the Innsbrook area, is seeking an experienced Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH). Hours for this position are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8-5. We are open to a flexible schedule and/or job-sharing situation for 1-2 of these days for the right individual(s).

We have fantastic, knowledgeable team members who work well together. Our ideal candidate would have an understanding of professional maintenance of cosmetic and implant dentistry and be committed to helping our patients achieve and sustain excellent oral health!
We are a high-quality oriented practice and value the contribution of our team to support that goal. Our hygienist should have a quality focused mindset with the intention to provide patient education and superb care.
Working Environment:
Our hygienist typically sees 8 patients per day, with 1 hour per patient (unless additional time is needed).
Instruments are professionally sharpened and well maintained.
Some clinical assistance is provided throughout the day.
Medical grade air filtration in the hygiene room and throughout the practice.
IsoDry and ReLeaf HVE equipment available for use if desired.
All recommended PPE provided.
Voice activated perio charting available for use if desired.
Digital dental records and radiography.

Hourly wage: is very competitive and commensurate with experience.
