Pay wage will vary based on objective factors, including location, years of experience, staffing needs, and other business reasons. The Market rate listed is negotiable on a case by case basis.
Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to:
Assess the nutritional needs of residents and develop individualized meal plans.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines.
Monitor and document residents' nutritional status and progress.
Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve residents' overall health and well-being.
Provide coverage in multiple buildings based on company needs.
All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
Hold a Certification/License in good standing within the state of practice.
Knowledge of state survey process and compliance with nutrition care regulations (preferred, but not required).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with building occupants, administration, and leadership to perform daily tasks.
Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies
If multi-site registered dietitian, must have valid Driver's License
