The Benefits Specialist is responsible for compliance and daily operations of enterprise wide health and welfare programs. Responsibilities:
- Enter employee benefit data into HRIS (KRONOS) system
- Support vendor reconciliation process
- Ability to interpret and process Qualified Medical Support Orders
- Administer COBRA notifications as appropriate
- Work with third party administrators on escalated issues
- Maintain weekly status changes and payroll adjustments
- Demonstrate ability to communicate and educate associates to ensure understanding of benefit plans
- Perform varied specialized tasks in support of day to day and project based administration of benefits and HR department
Qualifications:
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to assist with implementation, maintenance and communication of health and welfare programs

- Minimum of 2 years Benefit Experience
- Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- Computer proficiency to include development and interpretation of adhoc reports
- Ability to manage multiple functions in a fast-paced environment
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information
- Ability to work effectively with large group of diverse constituents
