ABOUT YOU
You are experienced and enjoy working outside & working with your hands during the Spring and Summer months. You have the ability to work from our headquarters in Chesterfield and travel to visit customers and prospects the majority of the time you are at work in our company vehicles. Knowledge of the asphalt / concrete / general construction / landscaping is preferred. You have the ability to learn quickly and can retain knowledge. You have a willingness and comfort level to diagnose errors and technical problems, effectively and professionally communicate solutions, and offer options. Great communication skills are key. While already operating at a high level, you understand and accept training and coaching as a source of constant growth.
You have the opportunity to abundantly exceed $1,500 per week based on experience, performance and quality of work. Compensation potential will be explained in detail at the final interview.
We Expect You To:
Arrive to work on time
Safely load / unload equipment
Move & connect / disconnect trailers
Use power equipment, surface grinders and other tools to clean & prepare surfaces prior to asphalt & concrete coatings
Make repairs to asphalt surface using hot rubberized crackfill
Hand apply asphalt sealer neatly and quickly to the asphalt surface
Maintain a safe and clean working environment
Ability to manage time and remain organized
Follow verbal and written instructions from Lead Service Technician

Requirements For Hire
No Criminal history (no criminal convictions). Must be able to pass a background check.
Must be able to safely lift at least 50 pounds solo
Able to work and walk for long periods outside in the summer months
Ability to follow written and verbal directions given.
Ability to follow safety guidelines
Must have your own reliable transportation
Must have working cell phone with internet connection

Monday – Sunday (determined on weather)
