Position Overview
As an Automotive Technician at AJ’s, you'll perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles. This role offers a steady schedule, a supportive environment, and opportunities to grow your skills. A Virginia State Inspection License is a plus and may increase earning potential.
✅ Responsibilities
Perform accurate diagnostics and repairs on cars and light trucks
Conduct routine maintenance: oil changes, brake jobs, tire rotations, etc.
Use diagnostic tools to identify vehicle issues and recommend necessary repairs
Complete multi-point inspections and document findings clearly
Maintain clean, safe, and organized work environment
Communicate with service advisors and team members effectively
(If licensed) Perform Virginia State Safety Inspections
