Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Field Technician to join our dedicated team at MIP Management & Field Services, LLC. The Field Technician will be responsible for maintaining lawns and green spaces to meet our company’s high standards of cleanliness and visual appeal. This role requires attention to detail, strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lawn Maintenance: Operate various lawn care equipment, including push mowers, riding mowers, trimmers, edgers, and blowers, to ensure grass is cut to specified lengths with clean, even results.
Trimming & Edging: Precisely trim and edge around driveways, walkways, flower beds, fences, and other landscape features for a polished appearance.
Debris Removal: Regularly remove weeds, leaves, grass clippings, and other debris from maintained areas to ensure clean, well-kept surroundings.
Pre-Work Documentation: Take high-quality "before" photos of the area or task to be worked on. Ensure the photos capture relevant details and the overall scope of the work.
In-Process Documentation: Continuously capture photos during the work process to document progress, key steps, and any challenges or changes that occur.
Post-Work Documentation: Take "after" photos once the task is completed, showing the finished results and confirming that all aspects of the work have been addressed.
Reporting: Collaborate with the team to provide visual evidence of work completed for reporting, quality checks, and customer updates.
Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors, project managers, and other team members to ensure all work is documented accurately and thoroughly.

Requirements
Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance, cleaning, and inspection of all equipment to ensure safe, efficient operation. Report issues requiring repair or replacement.
Safety Compliance: Follow all company safety guidelines and OSHA regulations during tasks to minimize hazards and ensure personal and team safety.
Communication: Maintain clear communication with the Property Preservation Manager and team members to report progress, potential issues, and additional maintenance needs.
Landscaping Assistance: Support additional landscaping activities such as planting, fertilizing, mulching, and watering as required.er team members to ensure all work is documented accurately and thoroughly.
Qualification
Landscaping or Lawn Care
Previous experience with grass cutting, landscaping, or horticulture.
Knowledge of Lawn Equipment:
Ability to operate lawn mowers, trimmers, and other landscaping tools safely and effectively.
Physical Stamina:
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods.
Attention to Detail:
Ability to identify areas that need special attention (e.g., uneven grass height, weeds) and maintain a clean, neat appearance.
Safety Knowledge:
Understanding of safety protocols when using equipment and handling chemicals or fertilizers.
Time Management Skills:
Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner and prioritize multiple projects.
Drivers License
