Job Title: Commercial Garage Door Installer Helper
Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and mechanically inclined individual to join our team as a Commercial Garage Door Installer Helper. In this role, you will assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial garage doors and related systems. The ideal candidate should have a strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to work with hand tools, and a willingness to learn on the job. Carpentry and welding experience preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the installation and service of commercial garage doors and openers.
Help with the repair and maintenance of garage door components.
Use hand tools and power tools to aid in installation and repairs.
Ensure job sites are organized and clean.
Work closely with senior installers to learn and develop skills.
Follow safety protocols and company procedures.
Qualifications:
Mechanically inclined with a basic understanding of hand and power tools.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced installers.
Willing to work on a ladder.
Reliable transportation to warehouse, no driving personal vehicles to job site. Company vehicles are drove to job sites.
Must be able to pass drug test and background check.
Must hold a valid driver's license
