We are looking for a hardwood floor sanding and finishing helper. We are willing to train someone but would rather hire someone with prior refinishing experience. This is a full-time position that requires 40 to 50 hours per week. Must work well with others as you will be part of a crew. We are well-established and one of the larger floor installation companies in Richmond, so there are other opportunities available as well within the company. Once at work, we will provide everything needed to perform the job. Will pay based on experience. We prefer someone with a driver’s license and good driving record. We do a lot of residential retail work and are in and out of lived in homes, so you must be able to act professional in front of customers and represent the company well.
