We are currently seeking EXPERIENCED Leasing Specialists and Maintenance Technicians in the Richmond, VA area to join our Property Management Group!
WEEKLY PAY This role offers a Monday through Friday schedule with no on-call (weekends if needed for Leasing)
Maintenance Requirements:
1+ year of handyman/maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and appliance care
Own a set of basic hand tools
Reliable transportation to and from the property
Ability to work independently and follow a Monday-Friday schedule
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Leasing Requirements:
6 months plus of prior leasing experience is a MUST!
Has knowledge of Apartment Leasing/Fair Housing
Reliable transportation- attendance and punctuality is imperative
Have working knowledge of the community and floor plans to successfully convert tours to leases
Ability to process applications and prepare leases for qualified potential residents
In-depth understanding of the real estate industry, including laws, policies and best practices
