Empty baskets and prepare items for form setters, Assist in oiling down beds, Maintain work area, Assist in concrete pours, Assist Form Setters as needed, The ideal candidate will have: General concrete production will be required, and. Experience working with Rebar and concrete in a similar environment is ideal but not required. For the batch plant laborers, may be operating a yard lift/truck to move concrete within the plant. Team work is very important, Must have the ability to jump up and down off of concrete forms, perform constant moving, bending, stooping, and pulling of materials and work a physically demanding schedule.
