MaidThis Cleaning of Richmond is currently seeking a reliable and experienced house cleaning team (minimum two people but up to four) to join our network of independent contractors to take on larger jobs (deep cleans, move in/move out cleans, post-construction, and very large houses). The ideal candidates will have a proven track record of working together successfully, particularly on big jobs. DO NOT APPLY TO THIS JOB IF YOU ARE NOT A CLEANING TEAM OF TWO. We are not looking for individuals to pair up, looking for established teams.
Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of cleaning activities including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing all surfaces.
Execute deep cleaning tasks as required, including cleaning appliances, scrubbing floors, and cleaning windows.
Conduct move in/move out cleans with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring the property is left in pristine condition for new occupants.
Collaborate effectively with your partner(s) to complete tasks efficiently and to a high standard.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific requirements and address any concerns or special requests.
Requirements:
Minimum two years of experience in professional house cleaning. You MUST have professional cleaning experience to be considered for this position.
Demonstrated experience working in a team (we are not looking to pair individuals up, we are looking for a team that already works together).
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Are a happy person. You’re not rude or mean to the people around you. You actually have fun at work.
Can manage your own schedule and show up on time.
Must have a valid driver's license and own reliable transportation.
Must have own cleaning equipment and supplies.
Legal authorization to work as an independent contractor in the United States.
Able to provide references from current/past clients.
