What We're Looking For:
Experience: At least 5 years working with large commercial HVAC systems
Skills: Proficient in preventive and corrective maintenance on boilers, chillers, hot water systems, plumbing, air handlers, VAV components, and more
Knowledge: Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
Certification: Universal EPA or CFC certification is required; technical training in HVAC is a plus
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
