We are seeking an additional skilled Maintenance Technician to join our small team.
The ideal candidate will be dependable, dedicated, and a jack of all trades.
Duties and Responsibilities
The Building Maintenance Technician performs technical and mechanical work that ensures the internal and external buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the building and/or property meet the Company’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality by performing maintenance related tasks.
Completes assigned work orders generated from tenant requests for service, as well as routine upkeep of the building and/or property, and makes repairs in accordance with established policies, procedures, safety standards, and code requirements.
Performs minor Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, and HVAC repair.
Performs other related work as assigned by supervisor.
On call as directed by Senior Asset Manager.
Experience and Education:
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
At least 2 years or more prior maintenance and/or facility experience required
Plumbing and Electrical experience preferred
HVAC repair skills ideal
Hours
This position offers a regular work week with on-call hours as needed

$22 - $24 an hour
In addition, the candidate must possess a valid Virginia Driver’s License with driving record in good standing.
