Description:
A national litigation firm is seeking local counsel in Virginia to assist with federal cases across all districts in the state of Virginia.
Requirements:
Must be admitted to practice in all federal districts of Virginia
Prior experience with filings in federal court preferred
Reliable and responsive communication
Role Overview:
Local counsel will primarily be responsible for filing complaints and pro hac vice motions. Once filed, our firm takes over as lead counsel. Occasional court or deposition appearances may be required.
Compensation:
Filing Complaint: $200
Filing Pro Hac Vice Motion: $150
Court or Deposition Appearances: $125/hour
