We are looking for a full-time litigation paralegal to join our national litigation practice. We handle products liability, commercial and other types of litigation both locally and throughout the United States. We need a seasoned paralegal to assist with working up cases from inception through trial. We are looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree, a knack for learning quickly, and a commitment to a legal career.
Responsibilities Include:
Assisting attorneys in the management of their cases
Preparing basic pleadings
Managing large document productions
Obtaining and reviewing records of all types
Scheduling evidence inspections, depositions and trials
Communicating with witnesses
Preparing trial exhibits
Assisting at trials
Required Education, Skills and Experience:
Bachelorâs Degree or related paralegal certificate preferred
3+ years of experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient computer and word processing skills
Detail oriented, well-organized, and ability to multi-task
