I am looking for artists to help with my party entertainment business. I will give a sign on bonus, train you to do the gigs and pay $20.00 per hour to start and then you can earn more for future gigs. I will employ you regularly after training if you are a good fit. We often preform at major events like the Folk Festival, 2nd street and Redskins training camp. You will need to meet our team at the event and be prepared to preform, dressed in clean non ripped clothing with no words. No cell phone use while preforming, no vulgar language. You will have the chance to earn more for bringing other artists to the team and booking events on your own for the team. I often give rewards for best balloon or best customer service. This is a job but we work gigs as they are booked and so I will offer you the opportunity to decline 2 events a season, missing too many will result in termination.
