Conduct all front office duties including answering phones, greeting clients, scheduling appointments, conducting reminder calls, monitoring email account, paper and digital filing, and collecting and inputting client tax documents into the firm management system. Reconciles deposits for bank statements including sorting deposits and inputting in QuickBooks. Conducts new client intake including setting up portals and helping clients to navigate the process.
Must have 3-5 years of Administrative or Front Office experience. Proficient in MS Office, writing skills, good grammar, professional phone presence, great communication skills. Attention to detail along with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and possess effective problem-solving abilities is a must.
