We're looking for a part-time bookkeeper/administrative assistant. Familiar with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, bank reconciliations, and overall business operations. This position also includes general office duties – responding to inquiries, filing, reading contracts, answering phones, etc.
This is a small office, a construction type site, you will be working alone most of the time. You must be okay working alone. Monday to Friday 4 hours a day, 20 hours a week. Can be dusty and noisy.
Qualifications:
3 years’ experience in an administrative assistant/bookkeeper role.
Must be highly organized, detail-oriented.
Computer literate
Knowledge of QuickBooks a plus.
A background check will be performed.
