A Highly successful workers compensation law firm is looking for an experienced, reliable Receptionist to work at their 7826 Shrader Road location. SPANISH/ENGLISH Bilingual is a plus! We do not sponsor, you must be a legal resident or have a proper paper work ! Superior customer service skills are essential. "People Person." Must be able to work independently with a team that knows what it takes to truly HELP those who are calling into our office. We have a system that works. We need a first point of contact who is compassionate and understands that every person is important to us and to our overall success. This person is the director of happiness. They are like an air traffic controller at an airport. In charge of communicating to the pilots for safe takeoffs and landings. The pilots in our business are called attorneys, clients, adjusters, and most important new potential clients calling us for the first time to help them with their injury.
Qualified person must be able to multi-task, along with close attention to detail. Duties will include but aren't limited to the following: properly discern phone calls, emails and followup calls to existing clients, regular client communication,scanning and organize files, and utilization of our case management software.
Person must be professional, diplomatic, intuitive, and capable of exercising initiative in problem solving along with comprehensive independent judgment. Candidates must have the ability to prioritize workload and adapt to changing conditions and priorities. Must possess the ability to process mail, faxes and emails at the same time handling multi-line incoming telephone calls. Phones are always answered by a person, between the hours of 9am-5pm.
