Job description
A highly successful Richmond, VA workers’ compensation law firm is looking for a reliable person to work at their 7826 Shrader Road location. Must be a SPANISH to ENGLISH translator. This high-integrity person must be empathetic with people calling for help with their work injury. They must have a good work ethic and be ready to be a team player where the customer always comes first.
We have a system that is a step-by-step, easy-to-follow process. We have a proven successful way to run a business. We need a SUPER STAR who is compassionate and understands that every person is important to us and to our overall success.
You must be able to multi-task and have good communication skills (written & verbal, Spanish to English and English to Spanish), with close attention to detail. You will be translating Spanish-speaking callers’ details onto a written English intake questionnaire and then translating from English to Spanish back to the caller. Also, you will be communicating with our existing Spanish and English-speaking clients. Additional duties may include scanning and organizing files, typing of legal documents, and utilization of case management software.
You must have the ability to prioritize your workload and adapt to changing conditions and priorities. You will be working side by side with teammates who care about your success as an individual!
