RealVestor Partners seeks an energetic and strategic Dispositions Manager to join our rapidly growing team. This crucial role is responsible for marketing, negotiating, and selling properties efficiently before set deadlines, closely collaborating with our Director of Marketing and Disposition. The successful candidate will handle the entire dispositions process, leveraging various communication methods to negotiate and finalize sales generated by our robust marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market properties in alignment with established company procedures.
- Expand and manage our existing buyers list by creating new buyer contacts.
- Monitor available properties and their status throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate successful acquisition activities.
- Employ analytics and tools to develop pricing strategies that maximize profits.
- Build strong relationships with investor buyers to optimize results and revenue.
- Provide weekly and monthly sales activity reports to the company.
- Implement strategies aimed at maximizing revenue and continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate records in the company CRM daily.
- Assist with miscellaneous projects as required by the company.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven track record in sales, marketing, or real estate.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to create win/win deals.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM systems is preferred.

- The Dispositions Manager will report directly to the Sales Manager and work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams.
Location and Travel:
- This position offers flexible location options, including remote work opportunities, with required occasional visits to properties and company offices as needed. Applicant should be located in the Richmond VA Metro.
