We are a property management company in Maryland, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. We have 7 years of experience and over 900 clients. We are expanding to Virginia due to investor demand and need a broker of record in Virginia. Broker does not have any active part of business or day to day responsibilities just is the technical broker of record for the state of Virginia. Broker would get a monthly stipend, but not have any financial liability for the property management business.
