We are a growing e-commerce business seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an E-commerce Order Processor and Fulfillment Associate. This is a contract-based position located at our Richmond, VA facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing online orders, packaging items, and ensuring the timely fulfillment of customer purchases.
Responsibilities:
Process incoming orders using computer systems efficiently.
Pick and pack products accurately for shipment.
Prepare packages for shipping, including labeling and documentation.
Maintain an organized and efficient workflow in collaboration with team members.
Pay attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
Keep the workspace clean and organized.
Qualifications:
Ability to perform tasks efficiently and with accuracy.
Reliable, quick learner with a strong work ethic.
Basic computer skills (training will be provided).
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Physical ability to handle repetitive tasks and lift packages up to 50 lbs.
Availability to work weekdays (8-10 hours/day) with flexibility for additional hours.
Requirements:
No prior experience is required.
Successful background check and drug test.
Two professional references.
Preferred Skills:
Proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desired.
