Security Site Supervisor Duties
Plan and organize security activities on the assigned site
Monitor security staff performance and report any discrepancies to the security manager
Ensure security staff comply with security and safety policies
Conduct regular site inspections to identify any security and safety issues

Train and mentor security staff
Act as the first point of contact for any security incidents on the site
