We have other locations and use a copy/paste style to ensure you have great success like our other agents! In the first year you should make over $40,000 and can make more. Every year after, your book of business will grow causing for you to have annual increases in your paycheck. Every year you work, your pay check should get bigger just like your amount of policy holders. Four days a week you can work from the Richmond office or from home. One day a week you will have to drive to different locations marketing, promoting and building relationships. You only have to work 40 hours, but you can certainly work more. Each agent has an area they are responsible to cover for local marketing. This position is for Richmond and the Seven Cities (Southern Virginia Area).
Must have Property and Casualty license before hired
