Location: Richmond, VA

C2H Position Minimum Qualifications - Considerable experience analyzing business and technical requirements in order to develop test plans, scenarios, and test cases in Gherkin's format
- Progressive experience developing Automation Test Framework
- Experience using SQL and other database management tools to write and execute SQL queries
- Experience with CICD tools like Jenkins, Maven, or PowerShell
- Experience with Performance Testing (Web Applications or Web Services) using JMeter
- Proficiency in test automation tools (commercial and open-source) like Ruby/ Cucumber, Selenium-WebDriver, and Java/Cucumber to implement test automation across all areas supported by ITQM
- Demonstrated ability to perform Quality Management analysis, project planning, and project management activities to design testing strategies to ensure software solutions are implemented without production bugs
- Strong communication skills both orally and in writing

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with Ascential Test tool
- Working knowledge of Agile development methodology
- Experience performing Source Code Management through TFS/ GIT
