We are looking for a skilled and licensed barber to take the lead role in cutting hair and overseeing the day to day operation of our Barber shop. I am willing to share a portion of ownership with the proper person.
We can work out details for partial ownership at the beginning and accumulate more ownership over time.
Duties would include cutting/styling hair, ordering supplies and products for retail sales, participate in hiring and growing the business, and marketing decisions.
It would not include handling the book keeping, payroll and or keeping up with taxes.
