Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and professional individual to serve as the FEMALE FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST at KST BODY SPA. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, ensure excellent customer service, and oversee our social media presence by creating engaging content that promotes our services.
Key Responsibilities
Receptionist Duties
1. Greet and welcome clients in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
2. Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and cancellations efficiently.
3. Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
4. Provide information about spa services, packages, and promotions.
5. Handle check-ins, check-outs, and payment processing.
6. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.
7. Manage client records and maintain confidentiality.
Social Media & Content Creation
1. Develop and implement a content calendar for KST BODY SPA’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
2. Create engaging content (photos, videos, and reels) showcasing spa services, products, and client transformations.
3. Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and encourage online engagement.
4. Monitor social media trends to optimize content strategy and grow brand visibility.
5. Collaborate with the team to promote offers, events, and seasonal packages.
6. Track analytics to assess the effectiveness of content and campaigns.
Qualifications
1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
2. Experience:
Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or in customer service.
Social media management experience with proven content creation skills.
3. Skills:
Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
Basic photo/video editing skills using tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
A friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain client confidentiality.
Additional Requirements
1. Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work flexible hours.
2. A passion for wellness, beauty, and customer satisfaction.
3. Knowledge of spa services and products is a plus but not mandatory.
4. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
